Draw Attention To Your Response Message On Your Website

The most attention-grabbing and fastest method to refer to your response message on your site is by using a pop-up message. This pop-up message should be visible on the top of the site and should direct the visitor to the appropriate page.

If your website is built on WordPress, creating such a pop-up message is very easy. Here are the specific steps:

1) Install the Cookie Notice Plugin

In the WordPress admin panel, go to Plugins > Add New. Search for the 'cookie notice' plugin. Click 'install now'.

Click on 'Activate' to activate the plugin.

2) Update The Settings of the Plugin To Direct The User To The Message Page

The message is the wording that you want to appear on the pop-up message.

For button text, use a phrase to dismiss the pop-up such as 'Dismiss.'
Click on the 'Enable privacy policy link' checkbox. Put a message that directs the user to the COVID-19 response page.
