As Managed Service Providers (MSPs) aim to stand out in a competitive landscape, creating unique and compelling content becomes essential. Over the past year, we’ve fine-tuned our approach to harnessing AI for generating high-quality, distinctive content. Here’s a look into our process, which involves several AI engines and ensures that the output is both original and impactful.
Setup
To begin, we create separate Claude and NotebookLM projects tailored for each MSP. Claude is an AI chatbot by Anthropic, and NotebookLM is an research tool from Google. We provide these tools with detailed information about each MSP. This helps us use these tools to create content that is unique to each MSP.
The Three-Step Process
1. Creating an Outline with ChatGPT
We start by crafting an outline using ChatGPT. We find that ChatGPT is the best AI engine for creating outlines. It is important to have a good prompt to create an outline. In fact, good prompts are a very important part of working well with AI engines. We document all our prompts and are constantly improving them.

2. Content Creation Using Claude Projects
We find that Claude is the best AI engine for writing. We provide the Claude projects with a writer’s guide on how to create good content for an MSP. Information such as the target audience, the purpose of the content, and the tone and voice is included in these instructions. The projects also have unique information about each MSP that the Claude engine can use as reference when creating unique content.

3. Human Curation and Fact-Checking
The final step is human curation, ensuring that the content not only meets quality standards but also resonates with the MSP’s brand voice. We employ NotebookLM for accuracy checks by pasting content for verification against its source information. Feedback from NotebookLM helps refine content, with Claude making the necessary adjustments. This iterative process culminates in a polished, unique piece of writing.

Conclusion
Using different AI tools together helps us get the best results for each part of the content creation process. At the heart of this process is human oversight, to make sure that the content is accurate, high quality and differentiates the MSP in their market.
By leveraging these AI tools strategically, MSPs can consistently produce standout content that aligns with their branding and messaging efforts.
